The sound insulation is seriously lacking—you can hear everything from adjacent rooms as if they were right there with you. The breakfast was a disappointment. by the time we arrived, much of the food was cold and unappetizing. The pool area and spa facilities didn't meet expectations either, with ongoing issues in both saunas and a pool that felt more like a 3-star experience. The view from the rooms wasn't what you'd hope for. some windows faced a container. An overall chaotic breakfast experience left us waiting too long for service in a cramped reception area.

absolutley disapointed with my stay. the noise insulation is so poor, it felt like the neighbors were in my room. breakfast was a disaster, with cold and stale food left out. considering the awful service, i expected at least a complimentary gesture but i just couldn’t get that. it’s like they don’t care about their guests!
